Life can be messy
or less than ideal at times. In challenging times it can feel like this season is never going to end and that change is not possible. It can be helpful in difficult or overwhelming seasons to have someone walk alongside or sit with us and all that we are carrying so we don't have to carry that load alone. Sometimes we need a little support, guidance or encouragement to help us connect to the clarity, courage and confidence that's inside of us so we can identify our needs and options and begin to take action towards creating the life we want to live. And maybe you already have the life you want but you want to feel better in your daily life and in you relationships.
We begin with compassion and curiosity, exactly where you're at, and then we explore what you desire, what is getting in the way of that and the baby steps you can begin to take.
As someone who experienced a childhood where I didn't get all of the experiences I needed
and who got many experiences that were way too much for me and my nervous system to handle, let me tell you that there is SO MUCH HOPE and POSSIBILITY for healing, growth and well being.
I don't think you, me or anyone else is broken or beyond repair even if you continue to blow it over and over and over again.
I've been there and none of us are alone in that.
As you begin to understand a little more about your nervous system, brain and body and how your past experiences shape your current patterns and responses you will naturally have more compassion for yourself as well as flexibility and choice in how you respond to yourself and others. As you begin to notice patterns in yourself, increase your understanding of yourself and others and explore different ways of responding I believe you will begin to have different possibilities open up for you in your relationships and life.
Our potential for healing and well-being in ourselves, our lives and in our relationships is endless
when we get access to the appropriate support and resources we need, when we are willing or able to take the time we need to heal and when we are willing to take action, one small step at a time. “Little hinges swing big doors” and small, intentional, consistent practice can create significant long term changes in you, your relationships and your life!
“Practice makes progress.”

Through mind and body approaches I can help you explore your current patterns and responses that are getting in the way of the life that YOU want to live.
We all have things or parts of ourselves that get in the way or need a little extra support sometimes. And I'd love to connect to see if working together would be a good fit for you.
