FAQ’s

  • Your Connection Call is an opportunity for you to get a feel for me and the work I offer. It is an opportunity for you to ask me questions about the work I do and for you to begin to discern if I am someone you feel comfortable with receiving support from. This first call is also an opportunity for me to understand a little more about you and start to get some clarity around how I can best support you. I will share a little bit about how I work with clients, the processes or practices I use/can share with you.

My hope for your Connection Call…

Is that you get what you need to discern if I am a coach you want to work with. I also hope that you will begin to feel seen, heard and understood in where you are at and what you are wanting. And that, whether you decide to continue working with me or not, that you see that there is a path out of or possibility beyond what you are currently experiencing.

  • You can schedule a 60-75 minute, 1:1 Coaching Session or take time to sit with the possibility of booking additional coaching sessions with me. If you would like to continue working together, we will have further conversations around your history, current challenges, short and longer term goals and ways that both you and I can support you to work toward your goals.

After our Connection Call you are also welcome to explore other resources, choose to wait, etc. If I have not heard from you after a week or so I may follow up with you to see if you want to proceed with booking another session or if you have any other questions for me. If you have decided to explore a different option for support or to not take any action right now I invite you to share that with me! I will celebrate you for identifying and giving yourself what you need and I will appreciate and acknowledge you for having the courage to communicate that! Expressing our needs or wants and having them met with understanding, respect and validation can be a really resourcing and new experience for some of us! If I reach out and you choose not to response, I will also respect that! I trust that you know what you need to do for you right now.

  • That's great and not a problem. I am trained and educated in trauma because of my own personal experiences and because many clients who come to me have a history with trauma and I want to know how to best support them in their goals or healing journey. That said, experiencing trauma is not a prerequisite of working with me.
